Friday, September 27 – Cancellations must be submitted in writing by this date in order to receive a refund of registration fees minus $50. No refunds will be given after this date.

Food
Included in your registration price are the Sunday Welcome Reception, breakfast and lunch on Monday and breakfast on Tuesday. There will also be a morning refreshment break on Monday and Tuesday.

Attire for this educational meeting is business casual. As with most events, the temperature in different meeting rooms tends to vary. We recommend that you dress in layers to accommodate the variance in temperatures.
